All orders must be placed 3 days in advance!

Larger orders (36+ cupcakes) must be placed at least 5-6 days in advance. That being said, I will always try my best to fit in a last minute order if I can!

After you place an order with me, you will receive a confirmation email/message (depending on the form of contact you list in your order form) within 24 hours! From there I will further discuss your order with you!

All of my orders must be picked up, with the exception of larger special orders.

Due to also working a full-time job, I will only be able make deliveries in certain circumstances based on my work schedule! Delivery dates must be discussed in advance and there will be an added fee of $5 for delivery!

Pickup time and day will/can be further discussed in your order confirmation email/message!

If you need to change your pickup day, please notify me as soon as possible! To ensure every order is as freshly baked as possible I need to know the correct pickup day in advance!

If you do not show up for your pickup time, the baked product will be considered forfeited with no refund.

Once an order leaves my bakery, I am no longer responsible for any damage during transport or improper storage! All orders come with a proper storage and care guide! If you have any further questions about storage or serving let me know and I will be happy to help!

Full payment is required upfront! Your order will not be confirmed until payment is received!

I accept Cash/Check, Venmo and PayPal! Venmo and PayPal are preferred. If paying with cash or a check, you may pay during pickup.

I only offer refunds if I have not yet started the baking process. If you are unhappy with your order, reach out and we can discuss either a refund or an equivalent. (Such as a free redo)

It is the responsibility of the customer to let me know of any allergens or dietary restrictions before placing an order! All of my order forms ask about any allergies I should know about!

I am fully ServSafe allergen certified and dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe environment when handling orders, with or without allergies!
